Our Service department is staffed with the most qualified Volvo technicians and service writers ready to answer your questions and address your Volvo service needs. Use our online form to schedule an appointment or contact our service department if you have any additional questions.
We offer two different options for service appointments.
1. WAITING appointment for basic maintenance and shorter appointments. Please let our service writer know when making your appointment if you are going to wait for the car.
2. DROP OFF appointments. If you would like to drip off your vehicle the night before or the morning of your appointment to be left here for the day.
We do have loaner cars available for your use if you choose to drop off your vehicle and schedule it accordingly. Please also let us know at the time of booking your appointment if you will need a ride somewhere, be picked up or if there is a specific time you need to have your car returned by.
If you have purchased an extended warranty on your vehicle, please make us aware of that when you are scheduling an appointment. It is also helpful and will save time and money if your car has at least 1/4 to 3/4 tank of gas remaining.
